Let me show you a different version of yourself. There is no failure, but there is also no success. The elements of the environment you use to harness judgment energy are not spiritual tools.
-Jordan Canon
When we think of failure, we think of a state or condition that arises when something does not meet our intended purpose or falls short of a desired outcome. It's not just a broad stoke, either. We've learned to exaggerate and complicate the concept of failure by including it in all aspects of our lives, such as personal, professional, academic, health, emotional wellness, relationships, and even technical scenarios. These are man-made elements you use as tools to create the future you want to experience
We've given failure so much power that we've become more accustomed to being failures than not.
While failure often carries a negative connotation, many people and cultures recognize it as an essential part of the learning process and a stepping stone to success. Failure can provide valuable lessons, and grappling with it is often an integral part of innovation, personal growth, and the development of resilience. We can find new pathways to achievement by reevaluating and adapting after failures.
You might find "trash" like that in another spiritual advisor's book, but not from me. Based on our understanding of universal laws, the answer to "why" is so complexly simple.
When I look back at all of my personal, professional, academic, health, emotional wellness, and relationship goals, I can honestly and sincerely say from the bottom of my heart that I haven't failed at any of them. Instead:
I am still learning how to do them right.
It's so much easier to live in the environment you create when you free yourself from judgment and focus your efforts on what you can do right to invest your energy in creating the future you want to experience.
Let me show you a different version of yourself. There is no failure, but there is also no success. The elements of the environment you use to harness judgment energy are not spiritual tools. They are man-made, which is not necessarily a bad thing because, after all, your existence here started from man-made efforts. That is the chariot the universe gives you and your soul to accomplish your evolutional goals, even when it feels more like a broken-down rickshaw. See how you have the power to change a chariot into a rickshaw just by rubbing a little judgment on it?
The different version of yourself I would like you to meet is not full of a list of things you did, didn't do, or what you aspire to do. It is only what you are doing in this single moment that defines who you are. Once these things become past or present, they no longer exist. It amazes me how we love to let things that don't exist prevent us from existing.
Let's stop doing that and take a step towards a path where who we can be is who we really are.
