Good Day Lightworkers!
Before I was a master of the deadly sins, I was a master of the deadly sins. That's not a typo. In typical Yin Yang fashion, the deadly sin pendulum swung as far as it could from one direction to another. To me, identifying when temptation is trying to take you from the path of the light is essential to harnessing their counter energies. Those counter energies are called virtues.
We always get a little chuckle when you talk about the deadly sins.
The universe chuckles when I talk about seven deadly sins. First, they were written around the 4th century, and with wasn't until the end of the 6th century that Pope Gregory used them as a teaching aid. That was the beginning of the Middle Ages.
Today, we are much more advanced (not necessarily evolved) than we were in the 6th century. As a result, the environment we created and share today is also much different. By the way, we are on the verge of a new, significantly changing environment based on our combined energies, but that is a newsletter for another time.
It is easy to understand why the universe would chuckle at us. First, we barely know the seven deadly sins of temptation, and second, we surely don't have the opposite angelic virtue memorized to implement when we are tempted. Just from that understanding of energy, you can see how our combined efforts created the environment we live in today.
I'm sure you'll remember I said that judgment is the 8th deadly sin. It may or may not be. I opened a door with the universe (note: spiritual and metaphysical doors only open). Turns out there are more than seven deadly sins.
A lot more.
The universe would ask: So why bother? If we don't learn and harness the knowledge and wisdom of the first seven sins, first written 17,000 years ago, why even suggest the new ones?
The answer is (in typically "universe-speak) "complexly simple. Judgment is a sin that prevents us from contributing to a relationship because of a determined and often negative opinion. The opposite virtue energy is acceptance.
I accept that you are welcome and invited to learn the next five deadly sins if you choose to. All existing souls are subject to temptation, including the universe. By investing and sharing in our relationship, they are there whenever you feel the urge or need to call on them without judgment to the frequency or intensity at which you do...or don't.
You can find the next five here: The New Deadly Sins, and I'll let you know when I add the next five.
I have been getting many requests about when I will write the spiritual sex section, as promised on the website. It's coming soon.
Love and light,
